Comments: Logging 105 miles in January was a huge contributor to my progress. If I hadn’t logged so many miles I would have zero loss. My weight and BMI has increased however my measurements took a slight decrease (.25). I pushed through my mileage goal but my eating out 16 times and drinking 25 alcoholic beverages caused quite a set back. My February goals need to be planned and documented. Next weigh ins will be 2/15/2021.

Comments: Feeling pretty good with only 15 days into developing a cardio routine. In the past 15 days, I drank alcohol once and had fast food twice. This is definitely progress.
