Key points of construction

* The base surface should be smooth, clean, firm, no leakage, no water, uneven and cracks should be leveled, the yin-yang angle should be made into a circular arc.

* Proportion:

liquid : powder = 1:4( weight ratio )

* Construction: Add the powder slowly to the liquid, stir well slowly until fine, then coating with roller or scraper, use the method of thin coating many times. 2mm thick coating is usually brushed 2-4 times, to be evenly brushed, not too thick, can not be brushed leakage, each process must wait until the coating is dry before it can be carried out. After finishing the first layer, you must wait until it is dry and then do the second layer, usually need 1-2 hours. If the first layer is completely dry, need to spray with some water before the second layer.

* Brush evenly, do not miss, press tight. If a protective layer is required, coarse sand or gravel should be sprayed on the last coating to enhance the adhesion between the coating and the protective layer.

Storage & Packaging

* When storage and transportation, different products need to be classified. Prevent approaching fire sources, avoid sun and rain, and prevent collisions.

* The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with a storage temperature of 5-40℃, the powder should pay attention to moisture-proof.

* Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production. If there is no obvious change once exceed the storage period, the products can also be used normally after passing the inspection.
