  Application Range

Key points of construction

* Base surface treatment:Thoroughly remove dirt, dust and loose layer on the base surface and add sandblasting or artificial chipping to the base surface.

* Pre construction: Water should be sprinkled to keep the base surface in a saturated condition. To the general requirements, sand dust ratio is 1:2, and the amount of acrylic emulsion is 15-20% of the cement . To the high requirements for anticorrosion and impermeability , the sand dust ratio is 1:1 and the amount of acrylic emulsion is 25-30% of the cement.

* Configuration: When mixing acrylic emulsion mortar, mix the cement, sand first, then add water and acrylic emulsion, stir well, and the material must be weighed accurately. The mixing mortar will be used out in 30-45 minutes. The acrylic emulsion configure ratio is: acrylic emulsion: cement =1:1-1.5.

* Construction: Before applying acrylic emulsion mortar, brush a layer of acrylic emulsion paste as the base, brush thin and uniform, do not miss brushing, do not flow. Need to spread acrylic emulsion mortar before the paste is hardening. Use back and facade construction, when the coating thickness is more than 7mm, need 2 times screeding, so as not to fall off. After the mortar is spread, it will be compacted with force and next spread the surface. Smooth in the same direction, do not wipe it back and forth multiple times, and don’t need second times spread. When the repair area is large, can use blocks to separated for construction.

* Maintenance: Use sprayer to maintain or cover with film, pay attention to shade and heat preservation. Sprinkler maintenance 7 days and natural conservation 21 days can be put into use

Storage & Packaging

* When storage and transportation, different products need to be classified. Prevent approaching fire sources, avoid sun and rain, and prevent collisions.

* The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with a storage temperature of 5-40℃.

* Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is at least 12 months from the date of production.
