Construction Technology

* Base surface treatment: the base should be smooth, solid, clean, no clear water, as far as possible to clean the ash before the construction .

* Detail treatment: Yin and Yang angle, plane and elevation angle should be wiped into a circular arc, arc radius should be 40-50mm.

* Scraping construction: use professional equipment to melt the coating in accordance with thickness requirements, scratch evenly with the scraper, scratch full without leakage bottom. If the coiled material is constructed, the coiled material should be laid as soon as possible to ensure the best construction quantity, and the hot melt coated material is also used in the lap joint. The spray pressure and the frequency of gun swing should be fixed in order to control the coating thickness effectively during construction.

* Lay coiled material: Apply the coiled material to the surface of the uncured rubber asphalt waterproof coating which has been completed in construction, requiring the paving to be straight and smooth,no fold. The lap width of the coiled material is 70-100mm, the lap part adopts the form of cold adhesion, the uncured rubber asphalt waterproof coating is scraped within the width of the lap joint of the coiled material, and the roll pressing is required after the lap joint of the coiled material.

* Protective construction layer: if the quality is up to standard, the protective layer can be constructed, and the concrete or cement mortar protective layer can be made according to the design requirements.

Storage & Packaging

* When storage and transportation, different products need to be classified. Prevent approaching fire sources, avoid sun and rain, and prevent collisions.

* The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with a storage temperature of 5-40℃。

* Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is at least 12 months from the date of production.
