 Construction Technology

* Base surface treatment: requires the base be clean, firm and without sharp protrusions

* Detailed structure treatment: the requirements of Yin Yang corner, construction joint, expansion joint, post pouring strip, pipe root and pile head shall be treated according to the design requirements.

* Large area spraying: spray construction should be completed by zone, 500-1000 square meters be a zone, can be sprayed continuously to the design thickness. When spraying, the direction of spraying should be changed alternately from top to bottom, and the next spraying cover about half width of upper spraying to ensure that the coating thickness is uniform and there is no leakage phenomenon.

* Film-forming maintenance: according to the ambient temperature, humidity, should be more than 24 hours of maintenance. During the maintenance period, no trample and no construction of the next step. Exhaust gas occurs during the period, and the blistering phenomenon of drainage is a normal phenomenon.

* Quality inspection: after the waterproof layer is finished, the appearance quality inspection should be done, and the detail structure should be checked, and the problems can be repaired in time to ensure that the coating waterproof layer has no leakage.

* Protective layer: after the construction of waterproof layer is completed, the protective layer construction should be carried out according to the design requirements. When the protective layer is constructed, the protective measures of finished product should be taken.
