Key points of construction

Using way for (I) slow coagulation type

* It is advisable to choose the slow type in the construction of the foundation surface without seepage. The ratio of water to cement is 1: 0.3-0.5, the stirring time should not exceed 20 seconds, and the solidification time is about 5 minutes.

* Scrape the first coating with the scraper, wait for the coating to dry, then when the surface is wet but without stagnant water scrape the second layer, scratch evenly, by a little force, then the coating can be dense and solid.

* After completion, wetting for about 3 days

Using way for (II) quick coagulation type

* The base surface shall be smooth and compact , and the water leakage joint or water leakage point shall be chiseled into V shape before construction .

* The ratio of water to cement is 1: 0.3-0.5. Quickly block the leaking part of the slurry until it is heated and solidified. If can not stop the water by one time, you can repeat the above procedure.

* After completion, wetting for about 3 days.

Storage & Packaging

* When storage and transportation, different products need to be classified. Prevent approaching fire sources, avoid sun and rain, and prevent collisions.

* The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with a storage temperature of 5-40℃.

* Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production. If there is no obvious change once exceed the storage period, the products can also be used normally after passing the inspection.
