Key points of construction

* High-pressure grouting or manual grouting can be used, but high-pressure grouting is better.

* Clean up: check the leak site carefully, find the leak point, remove the sundries around the crack

* Punching: cross punching on both sides of the leakage crack, the spacing is 200-500mm, the leak point can be denser, and the depth is generally above 1/2 of coagulation.

* Embedded water stop needle: in the place where a good hole is laid to fit the length of the needle, then the needle is wrung one by one, so that the rubber part is expanded to lock the wall till hand touching is not shaking.

* Grouting: from top to bottom one by one into the needle grouting, control pressure, generally greater than the groundwater pressure, lower than the pressure of concrete, when see the slurry out from adjacent cracks, the replacement of another needle to continue grouting.

* Knockout needles: 24 hours after grouting use a small hammer gently knocked out the outside of the concrete needle, and then cement leveling. And use cement to wipe the wet parts, if there is excess leakage need to further grouting, so that no wet parts anymore.

* Cleaning and maintenance of machines: when grouting is over, clean the grout with xylene or acetone, let the solvent circulate in the machine for a period of time, make sure to clean, then use oil to circulate in the machine for a period of time, properly maintain, prolong the life.

Storage & Packaging

* When storage and transportation, different products need to be classified. Prevent approaching fire sources, avoid sun and rain, and prevent collisions.

* The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with a storage temperature of 5-40℃.

* Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is at least 12 months from the date of production. If there is no obvious change once exceed the storage period, the products can also be used normally after passing the inspection.
