Key points of construction

Construction procedure: drilling hole-clearing hole-planting reinforcing bar to decontaminate and remove rust -injecting structural glue -rotating inserting reinforcing bar -temporary fixing of reinforcing bar

Cleaning holes should first brush dust adhering to the holes with crude nylon brush reciprocating, and then blow ashless with high-pressure air.

The reinforcing bar is rotated and inserted until the bottom of the hole, then the reinforcing bar is lightly tapped to make the glue contact with the surface of the reinforcing bar compact.

Before solidification, steel bars should not be knocked, and the next process should be carried out 24 hours later.

When the temperature is low, the glue can be heated before mixing to facilitate construction operation.

Attention

Packing in iron or plastic buckets.

In order to enhance the compactness and strength of structural adhesives, high-strength alloy rolling process can produce gray or black products, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect the quality.

The filler in this product may precipitate, but it does not affect the viscose strength.

If splashed on skin or clothes, wash immediately with acetone or alcohol. Please see a doctor immediately if it splashes into your eyes.

Storage

This product is not toxic, inflammable and explosive dangerous goods, can be transported by general means of transport.

Store dry, ventilated and away from fire source.

It should not be inverted, exposed to the sun, rained, and collided with sharp metals.
