Taishi No. 1 Polymer Rubber Waterproof Coatings is a newly developed high-tech waterproof coating, which has been developed by Taishi's research team which has30 years history. It has invested heavily in importing foreign advanced production equipment and selected all imported raw materials. After ten years research and development and long-term application testing, it has achieved the latest results. It has many excellent properties, such as wide use, convenient operation, tough coating, ageing resistance, long-term exposure to the outdoor environment and so on.
Product characteristics
Buildings after painting: excellent mechanical properties, deformation resistance, tensile resistance, toughness and flexure resistance.
After film-forming:
(1)the products are anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet, anti-acid and alkali, anti-high and low temperature.
(2) High elongation, high tensile strength, strong bonding force, toughness and wear resistance of coatings

Application range
I. Key waterproofing parts such as expansion joints, deformation joints and lap joints of buildings
II. Waterproofing works of swimming pool, water storage pool, sewage treatment pool, fire fighting pool and other buildings can be treated without mortar protective layer.
III Waterproofing works of building roof, metal roof, exterior wall, basement floor and side wall, balcony garden, etc.
Usage method:
1. Base Cleaning:
The construction base surface should be smooth and clean, free of floating dust, oil pollution and strong surface. If the base surface is poor, epoxy resin coating roll can be applied once to achieve the effect of sealing primer.
2. Mix Ingredients:
According to the proportion provided by the company, group A: group B = 1:1 (weight ratio), can not change the use ratio, pour material B into material A for full stirring and use.
3. Brushing:
Brush the prepared material on the base with a brush or scraper to avoid leakage; the second brush should be applied vertically with the first brush, usually twice, if necessary, three times.It can also be constructed by spraying and roll coating.
1. Maintenance: Before the coating is completely dry (about 24 hours), it should not be trampled, contacted with open water or scratched.

Transportation& Storage
This product is non-flammable and explosive material, which can be transported according to general cargo. Sunscreen, freeze-proof, rain-proof, extrusion and collision should be avoided in transportation, and the packaging should be kept intact.
The product should be ventilated, dried and prevented from direct sunshine during storage. The storage temperature should be between 5 to 35℃.
Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
Attention
After the waterproof layer is completely dry, the overburden construction can be carried out.
This material should be constructed in the environment of 5 - 35℃, and it is not suitable to be constructed outdoors in rainy weather.
It is strictly forbidden to mix the dried slurry with water for reuse.
This product is alkaline, if splashed into the eyes will be irritating, should be washed with clear water in time.
