TS-403C high permeability modified epoxy grouting material is a two-component grouting reinforcing material made of epoxy resin as main agent, together with plasticizer, accelerator and curing agent.
Product characteristics
It has low consistency, good irrigability and strong infiltration ability to small cracks.

It has the functions of reinforcing, blocking leakage and preventing corrosion, and has the function of repairing broken concrete beams and columns.
Application range
It is suitable for reinforcement of cracks and honeycombs in beams, columns and piles of buildings.
It is suitable for waterproof reinforcement of underground buildings, tunnels, coal mine tunnels, dykes, wharfs, air shelters, airstrips, etc.
The interface sealing anti-corrosion of underground pipeline, water conveyance pipe and sewage pipe,and the cracks reinforcement of inside and outside of kitchen, toilet, bathroom, window sill and pool.
Usage method:
1. Preparation: According to the weight ratio of modified epoxy: curing agent = 1:0.07-0.1, the curing agent is poured into the epoxy liquid and stirred well.
2. Base surface requirements: clean the base surface, fix the grouting nozzle with the leak stopper after drying, and stop the seam.
3. Grouting construction: the high-pressure rubber hose is sleeved on the grouting nozzle, tied up with fine wire, grouted with grouting machine, after the grout is filled, the high-pressure rubber hose is solidified with fine wire;
4. Cleaning: After about 72 hours of solidification, the exposed grouting nozzle can be cut off and smoothed with cement mortar.

Transportation& Storage
When storing and transporting, different products should be classified and stacked. It is forbidden to approach fire source, avoid sunshine and rain, and prevent collision.
The product should be sealed in a ventilated, dry and cool place. The storage temperature is +5℃~+35℃.
Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period shall be at least 12 months from the date of production.
