Application range

Paint Base Ash Suitable for New and Old Internal and External Wall Construction

Usage method: 

1. Base treatment: base surface should be stable, clean, flat, no peeling, no empty drum, no pulverization, no dust, grease, abscission and other debris; if base surface is too dry, please wet first;

2. Material stirring: According to the proportion of putty powder: water is 100:36~38, water is first poured into the mixing barrel, then powder is added, and electric stirrer is used to stir into a paste without powder particles. Stir again after 2 to 3 minutes, then can be used.

3. Construction technology: Putty spatula is used to apply slurry evenly on the base surface. Generally smear 2 to 3 times. The second coat should be done after the first coat is dry; the last coat can be polished after 1 day. After about 5 to 7 days, the surface coat construction can be carried out. If early construction is needed, alkali-resistant primer should be used.

Transportation& Storage 

This product is non-flammable and explosive material. It can be transported according to general cargo. It should be sunscreen, freeze-proof, rain-proof, extrusion and collision-proof in transportation, and keep the package intact.

The product should be sealed in a ventilated, dry and cool place. The storage temperature is +5℃~+40℃.

Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period shall be at least 12 months from the date of production.

Attention

1. Do not mix the dried slurry with water for reuse.

2. When polishing, gently smooth the knife marks, do not over-polish to avoid affecting the strength;

3. Should avoid long-term contact with the skin, avoid large amounts of dust inhalation and pay attention to eye protection, if inadvertently into the eye, please see a doctor in time.
