The construction is simple, the technology of sticking brick and filling joint is integrated, which saves labor and time.

Colour anti-mildew, non-fading, weather resistance, stability, inhibition of pan-alkali, anti-cracking.

Application range

It is widely used for wet pasting of external wall paper linking bricks.

Usage method: 

1. Base surface treatment: the base surface should be solid and stable, in line with the acceptance and acceptance standards of the building foundation; the dust and dirt on the base surface should be removed, and the dry base should be wetted by water 12 hours in advance;

2. Mixing: mixing the raw materials according to the product mixing proportion (25kg powder: 5.5-6L clear water), requiring the use of electric mixer to fully mix the paste without agglomeration;

3. Thin sticking construction: use toothed upsetting cutter (toothed type: 6 *6 mm) to evenly coat the mortar on the base surface, and press the mortar on the back of the paper-bonded brick to ensure that the whole brick seam is full of mortar, and then lay the bricks on the base surface neatly, press the brick surface lightly with the pressing board, counteract the seam, flatten and compact. Then use a spatula to fill the gap between the paper links.

4. The grouting area on the base should not be too wide, usually 1-2㎡. When sticking bricks, it is necessary to ensure that the grouting on the base surface is still sticky (touching the surface of the grouting with hands is still sticky), and if the grouting is not sticky (coagulation), it needs to be re-grouted.

5. After sticking bricks for about 20 minutes, wet the paper surface with a wet sponge, and tear the paper in about 10 minutes. When the mortar in the cracks of the bricks is initially solidified (hand touch is not sticky), wipe the cracks of the bricks with a semi-wet sponge and clean the bricks.

Transportation& Storage 

This product is non-flammable and explosive material. It can be transported according to general cargo. It should be sunscreen, freeze-proof, rain-proof, extrusion and collision-proof in transportation, and keep the package intact.

The product should be sealed in a ventilated, dry and cool place. The storage temperature is +5℃~+40℃.

Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period shall be at least 12 months from the date of production.

Attention

This product is only suitable for construction in the temperature range of 5 - 40℃.

Additional materials such as cement are prohibited from being added to products.

The in-situ pull-out test of tensile adhesive strength should be carried out after 28 days of curing period.

This product belongs to cement-based material and is alkaline. It is forbidden to use strong acid cleaning.

Avoid construction in rainy and snowy days. Avoid water and rain on brick surface within 24 hours after placing bricks.
