Application range

Top of the form,it is suitable for repairing cracks in indoor walls, filling ceramic tiles, and decorating the corner of kitchen and bathroom.

Usage method: 

1. Clean up the crevice of ceramic tile: Clean up the dust inside the crevice of ceramic tile with a cleaning cone or a cutter. Clean the crevice at least 3 mm in depth, especially the edge of ceramic tile should be cleaned up to prevent the crevice from darkening after construction, and then clean the crevice with a brush.

2. Install sealant: put sealant on rubber gun. After mixing the two materials, first extrude part of the sealant, then install the tube. According to the size of the ceramic tile gap, cut a bevel, and then extrude the uneven material about 20-30 cm.

3. Key points of construction: Starting with sealant along the crevice of ceramic tile, wall construction from top to bottom. In summer, make sure to press seams within 10 minutes and in winter within 30 minutes.

4. Seam pressing: Use seam pressing steel balls, Yin-Yang angle tools, scrapers, ice-cream sticks and other tools together. When seam pressing, the cross-section must be handled well.

5. Clean up the leftovers: 4 hours in summer can clean up the leftovers, 8 hours in winter can clean up the leftovers.

Transportation& Storage 

This product is non-flammable and explosive material. It can be transported according to general cargo. It should be sunscreen, freeze-proof, rain-proof, extrusion and collision-proof in transportation, and keep the package intact.

The product should be sealed in a ventilated, dry and cool place. The storage temperature is +5℃~+40℃.

Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period shall be at least 12 months from the date of production.
