TS-201 Environmentally friendly polyurethane waterproof coating (911) is formed from two components’ reaction, component A is polyurethane prepolymer obtained from the reaction of polyether polyol and isocyanate, component B is from the reaction of various auxiliaries, such as anti-ageing agent, vulcanizing agent, crosslinking agent, etc. When use, we mix A&B at a certain proportion, after curing, it forms a elastic, strong, and durable waterproofing coating film.

Scope of application

Usage method
1. Base surface requirements: construction base surface requirements are flat, dry, no damage, no dust, no oil pollution;
2. Ingredients: According to the proportion of component A: component B = 1:2 (or the proportion provided by the manufacturer), first put component A into the container, then add component B, mix evenly, then use it; in order to cut off moisture in the base and improve the bonding strength between the base and the coating, a layer of base treatment agent can be coated;
3. Construction method: Rubber scraper is used to scrape the mixed uniform coating on the base surface during construction. The coating thickness is generally 1.0-2.0 mm, and it is constructed 2-3 times. After the previous coatings are dry, the next construction can be carried out.
4. In order to increase the cohesion between the waterproof layer and the protective layer, before the final coating is solidified, sprinkle clean coarse sand or fine stone on its surface, which can enhance the cohesion between the protective layer and the waterproof layer; avoid raining before the coating is dry; the joint must be painted evenly and full, and the weak part can be pasted with fiberglass cloth to increase the strength.

Transportation & storage
This product is non-flammable and explosive material, which can be transported according to general cargo. Sunscreen, freeze-proof, rain-proof, extrusion and collision should be avoided in transportation, and the packaging should be kept intact.
The product should be ventilated, dried and prevented from direct sunshine during storage. The storage temperature should be between 5 and 35℃.
Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
Attention
After the waterproof layer is completely dry, the overburden construction can be carried out.
This material should be constructed in the environment of +5 - +35℃, and it is not suitable to be constructed outdoors in rainy weather.
It is strictly forbidden to walk on the waterproof layer before the coating is solidified.
Ventilation should be maintained at the construction site. Safety caps, gloves, work shoes and other protective equipment should be provided to avoid irritation to skin and eyes. Fire sources should not be touched at the construction site.
